Hi Hi! I use Manga Studio EX4! Sometimes Photoshop to touch things up~

I recently got a Yiynova dp10u tablet so I have been doing all of my work as of Dec almost completely on there (so yes, the Fionna Doodle was drawn with that tablet!)
